Raised across the United States, Conner has lived in not just Illinois but California, Tennessee, and Wisconsin throughout his young life. After finishing high school in Wilmette Conner went on to graduate from UW Stevens Point with a bachelors in both Public Administration & Policy as well as History. He also received his army commission in 2017, and currently fulfills a position as an Engineer Officer with the Wisconsin Army National Guard. He deployed in 2019-2020 running projects out of Kuwait and Iraq for a year, then when he returned, he sought out his master’s degree in Public Affairs with UW Madison's La Follette School of Public Affairs. There he studied social policy with an emphasis on both criminal justice reform and defense policy. Conner is the father of a beautiful daughter and in his spare time, enjoys writing, reading, and playing games
such as Dungeons and Dragons.
