If you are Federally or State (PA 103-0405 ) chartered and your Post/Chapter/ or other detachment have a minimum of 15 members and 25% of your membership reside in Cook County. Federally Chartered Veterans Organizations are all eligible for membership and need not be state chartered. Here is a list of recognized organizations. All other organizations must qualify and become state chartered apply here.
