Volunteers will receive VACCC training and certification to support outreach efforts across Cook County. Volunteers may assist Veterans by:

Answering questions about Emergency Financial Services

Helping schedule appointments with Veteran Service Officers (VSOs)

Connecting Veterans with trusted partner resources

Assisting with community outreach events and programs
Participation is completely voluntary and flexible. After completing training, volunteers will be placed on a roster and may occasionally be contacted to assist when available. You can participate as your schedule allows.
